The versatility of the OptifloorTM solution makes it an optimised system for sites with complex topography and limited access for trucks, as well as providing diverse design options with greater spanning capabilities.

As part of the Steelmakers ‘Opti’ range, which also includes the OptiwallTM and OptitrussTM, the OptifloorTM solution is quick and efficient to install and minimises onsite labour costs.

An optimal end-to-end steel floor framing solution

The Steelmakers end-to-end solution for the OptifloorTM is a fully screwed and engineered floor frame which is unique to the WA industry. It commences with precision engineered designs, off-site fabrication using the ENDUROFRAME© rollformer and then efficient supervised installation.

Engineered Design

Using the latest in CAD technology, our engineered OptifloorTM designs offer excellent versatility, allowing clients to specify greater floor spans for more complex building designs.  All our designs are endorsed by structural engineers prior to fabrication.

Cutting-edge Fabrication

Steelmakers use the ENDUROFRAME© Rollformer and BLUESCOPE© steel exclusively for all OptifloorTM frame solutions.  This cutting-edge technology fabricates the ‘C’ and ‘U’ components of the floor frame with absolute precision. The OptifloorTM frames are assembled off site at Steelmakers, using the pre-engineered screw and fixing holes, which eliminates welding and provides exacting results.

Efficient Installation

The lightweight OptifloorTM is delivered prefabricated and can be handled on site with ease using minimal personnel. Onsite installation is fast and efficient and, once installed, provides optional floor cover types.
